

I build the ignition system by myself.
The one we used in 1959 was a Bosch system which
matched with the system which was in the Sport Max.
It isimpossible to get i today.
There are
two 6 voltages Quickly ignition coils in
serial so it running with 12 voltage battery.
There is no generator.
High and low ignition(advanced and retarded
sparking) is regulated by hand on the handlebars.

For the extra 10 mm spark plug
you have to make the
hole in the cylinder head, which is very difficult and
easily can go wrong.It shall fit within 1 mm. 10 mm
thred and 19 mm in length.
The oil duct which goes oblique down to where the
eccentric rods go
through the cylinder head are to be
closed by welding.
